Mental Health 101 Community Class

The Mental Wellness Center and Carpinteria Children’s Project are pleased to invite you to Mental Health 101 Community workshops. Obtain the knowledge and tools to better understand your own mental health and support others. Learn how to build and foster healthy relationships.
Bring the whole family because we will offer 3 classes simultaneously including:
A Spanish class for adults such as parents and community members
An English class for parents, school staff and community members
An English class for youth ages 12 and up

Schedule:
9:45 am- 10:00 am – light beverages and snacks
10:00 am to 11:00 am presentation
11:00 am to 11:30 am Activities/ Q&A/ Raffle
Location: Carpinteria Children’s Project,
5201 8th St., Carpinteria, CA, 93013
Participants will have the opportunity to enter a raffle for prizes like Bluetooth speakers or a polaroid camera. We look forward to seeing you there!
